The 3/4-inch padding is a game changer – my shoulders finally don’t feel like raw meat after a long ruck. The extra length also means I can actually cinch it down over a bulky jacket without fighting the straps. Honestly, this is how the standard issue should have been built from day one.

After two deployments with the standard straps, these are a game changer for long ruck marches.
